Atrium

Since I became an Android user I´m still trying to understand why it is so difficult to use the official Facebook app, and even more, why they have lost time creating a different user interface than their website, which is excellent.

However this is not the most serious problem, since the official app has trouble loading the images and to send messages from the chat is necessary to make two clicks, making it quite slow and annoying.

Atrium for Facebook

Fortunately in the world of Android there is an alternative for almost everything, and in this case we have Atrium for Facebook, an excellent alternative to the official implementation of Zuckerberg.

This has been developed independently by one of XDA users and provides a simple user interface that results from its first use much more intuitive.

The Atrium interface for Facebook is divided into three pages arranged horizontally to which we can move by sliding our finger: the news, friends and chat.

At the same time we have a sliding menu to the left that offers multiple actions like update your status, upload photos and videos, and others.

Atrium for Facebook is available in a variety of languages including English, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, Korean, Russian and Ukrainian. The customer appears much more fluid than the official app and also weigh less, consume less RAM of the device.
