For several days we have heard rumors about the launch of a new operating system called Tizen to be developed by Samsung itself.

At first we thought it would be a smaller operating system intended for low-end phones as it was once Bada OS, but then some began to suggest the possibility of an entire high-end with this new OS.

Now from Samfirmware comes new information that seems to confirm this, as Samsung plans to launch this year the first Tizen devices with NTT DoCoMo, one of the main Japanese carriers.

In this sense, I wonder whether it will be the development of new X Phone or Nexus certifications which bothers the Korean that already has conveniently Android market leadership and I see no clear reason for starting to develop an OS itself having failed already with BADA OS.
