Sony is preparing several devices for next year that is already coming. According to recent rumors, the Japanese firm would be developing a new super 5-inch Android that would have 3 GB of RAM and a 16 megapixel camera.

But that’s not the only one. First things first. Firstly Sony would launch a mid-range device called Xperia 4 that would incorporate a 4-inch 720p display (360 ppi), Snapdragon S4 processor (MSM8960T) at 1.5 GHz, 1.5 GB RAM, 16 GB of internal memory, camera 12 megapixels and a 1800 mAh battery.
Secondly, there is rumor of an Xperia 5, a device with 5-inch 1080p screen with amazing 440 ppi (compared to the 306 ppi of the Galaxy S3 and 326 of the iPhone 5), processor Snapdragon S4 Pro quad-core at 1.5 GHz, 32 GB of internal memory and 13 camera. The Xperia 5 would be available in two versions Xperia 5 and 5R and the difference between them is that the latter would include a battery of 2800 mAh compared to 2400 mAh for version 5 and IP57 water resistance.
Sony also would be developing the Xperia 6, a super device of 6 inches with 1080p resolution and 370 ppi, the same processor Snapdragon S4 Pro Quad-Core 1.5 GHz, 3 GB RAM, 32 GB of internal memory expandable with microSD cards and 13 MPx camera.
However, beyond that these devices have an incredible hardware still there is more, a super Android would arrive in October 2013. This smartphone has not yet named, would have a 5-inch 1080p display, quad-core A15 processor, 3 GB of RAM, 16-megapixel camera and 3000 mAh battery and attempt to position itself as a leader in the market of high end devices.
As I always say, since it is not official information so it must be taken with caution, but if it is true, can you imagine an Android with such specs?
