Last Thursday one of the most anticipated games came to Android. Grand Theft Auto Vice City was available a few hours in Google Play but then Rockstar Games removed it from the store due to XAPK validation problems, generating a huge disappointment in users since this problem only occurred in Android, not iOS. However, it seems that soon we will enjoy this new game.

Rockstar Games has just released an official statement through their blog that says they will do everything possible to bring the game back this week. Specifically, the brief statement read:

Due to unforeseen technical issues, the Android release of Vice City will be slightly delayed. Our goal is to get this out for Android by the end of next week. Our apologies for the delay to all our fans on Android devices and please stay tuned for updates

Recall that GTA 3 was delayed several times. Hopefully history will not repeat itself and that we can enjoy this week Vice City as the developer promised.

I will be alert to keep you abreast with any new developments!
