I mentioned earlier that Grand Theft Auto Vice City was available in Google Play, one of the most anticipated Android games of the year. This new title was available for a few hours, but Rockstar Games has just retired it due to XAPK validation problems.
A few hours ago Grand Theft Auto Vice City made its landing on Google Play generating a revolution. Users rushed to the store to buy the new game, but shortly after problems emerged.
Some users began reporting problems with XAPK validation, so Rockstar Games has had to remove the game momentarily. The developer said the following in his blog:
We are aware that some users have tried downloading Vice City: 10th Anniversary Edition from the Google Play Store and experienced validation errors. Vice City is still not available for Android devices, and if you’re seeing it in the store by mistake, you should not try to download it. Will keep you updated and I’ll let you know as soon as the game becomes available for Android users.
Bad news for all fans of this great game. Hopefully Rockstar Games fix these problems so that we can enjoy Vice City shortly. I will keep you abreast with any new developments!
