Although we do not have many official data on specific sales of the Nexus 7, this tablet is undisputedly one of the devices that beat the sales rankings.
Some reports have suggested that ASUS figures approach the million devices per month and this number now appears to be confirmed again.
Nexus 7, November sales
A Digitimes report says that in the initial months of the Nexus 7 the sales were between 500,000 and 600,000 thousand units, and grew in November to 800,000 to 900,000 units.
However, the trick of Google to sustain growth in sales last month included the launch of a new model WiFi of 32GB and another also 32GB WiFi with connectivity HSPA + and a discount for the 16GB models.
Nexus 7, sales keep growing
If growth holds constant, the new tablet sales would rise to 1,000,000 units during the month of December, but of course this will have some help from the Internet giant to achieve such figures.
A few days ago Google made a rebate on all models of the tablet taking the 8, 16 and 32 GB to 149, 199 and 249 dollars respectively.
If we add the natural increase in demand generated by the holidays, the millions of bargaining units in the report does not seem so far-fetched.
