Google has released the figures showing the percentage of the distribution of the various versions of Android. Gingerbread is still the most popular version, but Ice Cream Sandwich and Jelly Bean continue its steady growth.

As I mentioned recently, Gingerbread is still the most widely used version of Android, present in over 50% of the devices, although that is more than 3% less than October to November distribution and 5% less than in September-October.
Meanwhile, there is also a steady growth of Ice Cream Sandwich (27.5% versus 25.8% in Oct-Nov) and Jelly Bean (6.7%), which presents a great growth considering the 2,7% last month.
Moreover, Froyo continues to be present in more than 10% of Android devices, while the share of Cupcake, Donut, Eclair and Honeycomb still bearish and in combination is less than 5%.
