Sony just announced on their official blog the arrival of a new update for the Sony Xperia P, and the early arrival for Sony Xperia Go and Sony Xperia U.

This came via OTA in all countries, although it could take several weeks to reach all countries. Among the improvements in Android Ice Cream Sandwich are found an extended standby mode capable of increasing the waiting time up to 4 times, the screen lock with enhanced functionality, resizable widgets, better control of mobile data consumption and a Recent Applications button again.
