A few days ago appeared a leaked video of Apple’s new operating system called IOS, and now we bring you the latest news from the official presentation that has just taken place at the Apple WWDC in San Francisco’s Moscone Center.

While many expect the official launch of the iPhone 5, this was not present and instead Apple, took the opportunity to show the next generation of MacBook Pro and MacBook Air.

The new version of IOS, will be available from autumn and between the supported devices are the iPhone 2 and 3, and all of the fourth generation and above, so the iPhone 3G and iPhone Touch third generation will not receive the update.

Among the new features of IOS 6 are further integration with social networks, and will now be possible to share files and comments from the notification bar, and also be able to synchronize contacts and calendar.

But what really caught the attention of Apple users is the addition of Siri in Spanish and the new features like the ability to run applications.

Another feature built into IOS 6 that is worth noting is FaceTime which from this update is available via the 3G connection, to which is added the ability to make calls and answer them from the unlock screen.

On the other hand, there has been included do not disturb feature, to configure the device to block calls at certain times and send a SMS to warn that you are not available.

As rumors came forward, Apple has stopped using Google Maps to pass its own mapping service, which will have a very high definition and 3D images at 45 degrees.

What do you think is better iOS 6 or Android 4?
